Looking for quick, clean and safe accommodations after a long 13hr drive from Michigan. I found myself here and very pleasantly surprised and impressed. Great front desk, check-in smooth and fast. Entrance area and Room was clean and everything was smooth. No crazy loud guests, no hallways smelling like a dispensary, felt safe so just a peaceful place to stay. I would recommend as l would stay again! This place as Fast WiFi, nice small exercise room but enough to burn some calories and nice/clean pool.

This cute and quaint little hotel is newly renovated in the last year or so. The staff was super helpful. If you're looking for a clean comfortable bed for a reasonable price Hotel Pensacola is perfect. We were in the room with a king size bed our refrigerator had a freezer and refrigerator and a microwave and coffee bar with its own sink. This place would be perfect for a one night or one week stay on a low budget. Again clean clean

Fast and friendly customer service! We expected the room to smell bad like most hotels, but to our surprise it smelled good. Good amenities. The room was very clean. Good price. I highly recommend this place.

Checked into the hotel and was told to check out would be noon Wake up on my last day and they're knocking on my door at 11:00, then when I go to the front desk to tell them about this mishap they tell us that the person that checked us in doesn't even exist. The bedroom door would not fully latch unless you slam it, there was no shower curtain, went down to get breakfast the one day and they had already put it away before it was 10:00. Other than that the water was hot and the bed was somewhat comfortable. Good place to crash if you need it for a night... Will not be returning.

Lobby and room were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a jet tub. The tub was clean and worked well. They're pet friendly with a small pet fee. My one, very small complaint was there was no pool. It was shut down and being worked on. It looks like things are being renovated. Lobby and our room both had updated furniture and decor. Definitely would come back if I ever found myself in pensacola again.

Pleasantly surprised. Traveling with pets definitely narrows down your lodging options. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. And the location was pretty quiet. Great value for the money.

Nice clean room with large fridge suitable for a family with children. The ac worked fast, and the room was cold in an hour. Bonus it wasn't advertised, but they also had muffins and granola bars for breakfast. At the time of the visit, the pool was closed for repairs.
